Not satisfied the way I was treated at this place today. I got a manicure and a pedicure by a man name Peter. He did my nails I really didn’t like them but didn’t say anything at first until his stink attitude started. Then, when I didn’t like the polish color the young lady kept bringing over to me.I plainly said I wanted nude. I was showed two colors which was not nude. The third time I said just forget it at this point I’m irritated and disappointed at how Peter acted and said that he didn’t have time for me to keep changing nail polish and left my nails and went to another customer without finishing up on my nails. That was a no, no!!!!! That was it for me! If your rude and can’t hardly do nails and want to do them how you want to do them nails is not what you should be doing when customers pay their money to get what they like to me. Can’t do nails and rude is a double whammy to me. I told the lady my husband and I want be back. Don’t know what happened to this place they use to be so nice and their nails was decent. Peter needs to find a new job!!!! 😡

Sad to say, my nails broke within less than a week when the new owner did my nails. With Peter and Amy this never ever happened. Prices are higher and the work is not the best quality. The job was a little on the sloppy side as well, not as meticulous as the previous owners. I’ll let more time go by before I go back there again.

The new management has been a real disappointment.
The inside is not as clean as it had always been. The new manager and some of the staff do not dress professionally. Although my nail tech stayed I had to use the new manager for my nails. It couldn’t be compared to the previous manager. He was meticulous and the new lady was sloppy and my nails looked terrible and were breaking within days.
I thought this was maybe a bad day for this lady until a friend who’d had gel nails by this same person said she’d never return to the place. She tried to show the lady where things didn’t look right but was told repeatedly that it was okay. She was furious. Unless you want to book with Nancy you may want to go elsewhere. Seriously.

I love this place! The management changed and it seems like a new place. The quality of work is wonderful and I am taking my wife back! She was very pleased.

Was trying to decide if I wanted to go to this Salon or another. After reading the reviews of this place I decided to give it a try. While it wasn’t horrible, it wasn’t a place I would want to return to either. DH and I decided to walk-in and get a plain manicure. Since we were walk-ins, it was not a surprise to wait a bit. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we were taken to chairs where we waited another 15 mins and then about 20 mins for actual manicure. I only give those times to share that we were at the salon a good bit. While at the salon, there were six others receiving services and another pair of walk ins arrived along with another client who clearly had a appt. For the person with an appt, she was set at a chair immediately and her service began shortly – which is great for those with an appointment! What was no so great was the atmosphere. While the salon was decorated nicely, the vibe was not chatty, smiling, happy, or relaxing. I almost left a couple of times because it just wasn’t that salon vibe that makes for a good experience. It was all business. The ladies that came to give me and DH our plain manicures were rushed, not sociable, and even seemed a little irritated by us walking in. Again, the manicure was a little rough and rushed, not relaxing. I needed to ask for my nails to be shaped better, they were not even. My lady seemed a little irritated that I asked for it, even though I thanked her twice for going back to fix. It was just a little additional filing. We spoke with three of the people that work there, one man and two women. Their English was very hard to understand. My opinion is that might be why they do not communicate more with clients. Overall, my experience was a little less than average. I came home and fixed my uneven nails. My cuticles look a little ragged. I wont be back and will continue looking for a salon that is a good fit for me.
