I have to admit, we went there because our usual nail salon was closed. We didn’t expect much, based on the rating, there for we were pleasantly surprised. The stuff was friendly, suggested treatments and worked very neat.

Highly do not recommend! We made an appointment and called to reschedule the time they told us that they do not make appointments which makes zero sense since because we already had one! She said just come in anytime and we will take you. When we arrived the receptionist and one of the girls were at the front desk were chatting away (wish I got their names) and did not even acknowledge us. We had to interrupt their conversation in order to get any sort of customer service. Then she proceeded to tell us an hour wait. We were so upset because of the lack of communication when we called in the morning. Abir (I believe the manager) said she would take us right away and to pick out our colors. About 20 minutes later the owner Gina (SO RUDE!!!) came over to me and made me feel so uncomfortable told me that we were wrong for getting upset and told the girl waiting on me to hurry up and not take her time with me. There are no clear prices, I think they ripped us off and upped the prices. We only stayed because we were going to a wedding but had we had nothing to do we would have walked right out. I questioned going to them because they had 3 stars – I would give them ZERO stars! Worst customer service!! They up the prices for different nail brands (so weird!!) Please save yourself time!!

Terrible service I would give it a 0/10. As soon as I walk in I ask for the prices for my nails and they were reasonable but when I had finished they asked for more money. The staff there do not even finish their tasks. It is very unprofessional and you cannot enjoy your experience without having to move around the whole shop just to get your nails done. I wouldn’t recommend it to people because I feel like all the manager is interested in is money and not how the customers feel. All this is from one experience.
The shop used to be good and I did enjoy it but these last few vists were horrible. As well as the treatments they state that they are highly professional, they were rubbish they just placed oil and a plastic bag over it and wanted to charge me a lot of money!! They are better off not running a business if they do not know how to handle it. They had charged 1000 LE just to put jel on the nails (which two people were trying to use at the same time) and put oil on your hand and add a plastic bag on it. If that is what you call a ”treatment” then I don’t know what is.and they want to charge you 550 Le for this!! With the experience I had at this nail salon I Do Not recommended this place whatsoever and it should be closed down. And with the service received it probably will be.

I’ve had gel polish four times in this salon and it’s never lasted more than a few days. The last time the application was uneven and bumpy, and began to peel THE SAME DAY. I’ve given them too many chances, I’m not going back

I went twice. The first time I wanted navy gel polish, but the colour was old and transparent so they sloppily mixed it with black. I wanted glitter on two nails on each hand but they spilled a lot, leading to a bit of glitter on all nails. The second time they roughly filed two millimeters off my already short nails without asking and exposed sensitive red areas under my nails. The colour was again transparent and uneven.
