I want to start out saying that they are undoubtedly talented. I have come away very happy each time. However before my last fill there were a lot of gaps in the nails. I brought this up with the nail tech and she said she would fill it with glue instead of replacing the nails. I had a nail pop off when I was cleaning and I noticed discoloration. I removed the rest. The one nail that seems to be unaffected by this fungal infection, is the one nail that had to be replaced since it popped off before that last fill. I think this could’ve been avoided

I have been going to Kenny for 15 years and they ALWAYS deliver amazing service. The color selection is unbelievable. It feels like home and always has. They always ask how our family is doing and they always have great time slots available. I absolutely love Cici. She’s so funny, so polite, and always gives her best advice when it comes to needing last minute decisions on nail color or design.

I got a regular pedicure 39$ I added a gel and a nail kit… I paid 70$ I’ve never paid that much for toes and I’ve gotten the same thing at other places, but for way less price. The toes do look good but not coming back ever. Not worth the money

Less that 24 hours after paying for a gel polish manicure one nail chipped. I went in the next day to get the one nail fixed. Showed her the chip and told her I needed a quick fix.I patiently waited as she had a client in the middle of a manicure. When she was finished she ignored me and took her next client! Horrible customer service!

I went here to get my nails done as my usual salon was closed for a week long vacation. I paid $80 including tip for Dip Powder Nails only for the nails to start peeling three days later. I’ve never had an issue with this at my usual salon, and I’m really irritated that I didn’t get my moneys worth for the manicure. I called and spoke with Kenny to ask if they could take off my nails complementary, since they messed up. He agreed.

When I arrived in person, instead of being apologetic, the technician (Kenny) blamed me for the nails starting to peel, saying I probably used house cleaning products or hand sanitizer (I didn’t). They offered to fix it but they were already ruined so I didn’t want to have them on any longer. And when it was time to pay, the kind gal (Cici) told me that would be $16. I looked at Kenny and waited for him to speak up to tell her this was on the house, and he was silent. I paid so I wouldn’t create a scene.

My favorite nail place in town (Diva Nails) got me in to fix the nails and I’m taking pain killers in the meantime as my nails hurt since they are thin and brittle after just one trip to Nail Fantasy.

I just called them and they said they “had” to charge me because I “insisted” on taking them off.

I don’t recommend this place unless you like rude customer service, long wait times, limited color choices, liars, and low quality nails.
