Despite calling an hour ahead, I experienced significant delays and felt rushed throughout the entire appointment, leading to a subpar nail painting job. Additionally, not one word was spoken to me. They need to manage the calendar more effectively to ensure a smoother and more satisfactory customer experience. Go elsewhere

Had a 5:30 appointment here yesterday. Nice staff, clean Establishment, cleaned up nails quite nicely but the polish was bad. Maybe I got someone new to the field?. 😔 Maybe I should have pointed it out but they were closing. 🤷

This was my first visit to Nail Expo. Not only is my gel manicure lifting in multiple nails having only been one week, but I had a traumatic experience. I have never had a nail salon soak my nails in a bowl pure acetone, so chemically smelling that there needed to be a washcloth over the bowl as to not inhale all fumes. My finger tips were numb and I’m pretty sure I now have new fingerprints. When the owner came over to remove my gel manicure and begin anew, we chatted and got to know one another. When we hit the point of me sharing that I am 24 weeks expecting, Katie’s reply was “Oh really? Congratulations! When you first walk in I thought you just fat.”
I didn’t leave, although now I wish I did. She back peddled and tried to say “not like fat, but just bigger girl.” Either way – I won’t be returning. Not cool.

Made an appointment for 12:30 w my daughter
It was 1 and nobody was approaching me to apologize for waiting or let me know when me and my daughter are going to be taken care of !!!
When i spoke up the lady was not nice and Bella who helped me w my nails later was very rude did not talk at all
My daughters nail were painted so fast and badly
Never going back
