When I say so unprofessional do not waste your time they do not listen to specific details and will still charge you full price after they messed up. And will charge you more to fix it and will give you nothing but attitude!! When I say I have had 2 bad experiences with them don’t even do it find another decent nail shop because this ain’t it.. and the picture is of how bad of a job they did have me a gel whack paint job full when I asked for a fresh set and it start peeling the very next hour lol

I got my nails done and the polish started peeling off only after a couple of days off having them done. Not happy with the service I received. I will not be returning or recommending anyone to them.

I visited this nail shop a couple of times because it’s in my neighborhood and the service was terrible in all categories. They are very rude and not customer friendly at all. They are unprofessional and lack knowledge of properly grooming or caring for the nails.Their English Communication Skills are poor and they don’t take pride in satisfying the customer. The environment is dark and shallow. I have never bought goods or services and not got a receipt or statement of payment. They do not produce a receipt for payment of services. I will not be visiting again. I would rather continue driving to Brown Deer to get my Mani and Pedi. I spend my money where it is appreciated not tolerated.

I went here just bc my Sister offered to get my nails done. As I sat they over charged 3 customers and never gave them their money back. Charged my Sister 40 just for a over lay on her natural nails. My nails been on a week and they just popping off. Smh
