I waited since 6pm because she told me it wouldn’t take long. I finally get seated for my 2 big toes (the rest of my toes were done already)and a full set at 11pm. At that point she wasn’t in the mood. She blacked out when I asked if she can make them even to the other and she began to cut my toes up like in the photo. When I complained about the pain from her constantly cutting my toes She started to curse me out, her 11 year old son was trying to hold her back and kept telling her to calm down. She made my child start crying for how she was attacking me. She swiped the paint off of one and shut the lights out and kicked us out. She didn’t even get passed the two big toes, so the full set was out of the question at that point. I recorded the whole interaction (WHICH IS NOW ON YOUTUBE) where she yelled, Pushed, threatened and curse me out of the nail salon. Even after I asked her nicely to understand from my point. She was charging me for all my toes being done and wasn’t even trying to make the 2 she was actually doing, were done properly. I had no where else to go being that I waited till 11pm for her to start them. Spent all those hours to not get anything done and then be violently attacked. I wanted to call the police and press charges but we both had our children and they seemed so scared already. If I can give 0 stars I would. She is unprofessional, problematic and a scammer. She’ll charge you whatever she feels and still do them terribly and if you slightly mention you being unsatisfied, you will be attacked. I feel bad for the son, he most likely has so deal with that day in and days out being that they also has to sleep there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Terrible experience by far the worst nail salon in west Columbia or even Columbia for that matter.

i went here because my nail solon was closed on sunday, i paid $60 for this. acrylic ABOVE my cuticles on a lot of fingers. My nails were rushed, this is not what i wanted at all. i will also say, if you’re paying with card she will make you get money out of an atm along with the $3 fee. so take cash if you choose this solon. i do not recommend and i will not be back. employee was great, she was very nice and well mannered but i am not satisfied with my nails.

the lady that did them was really nice however the nails were just poorly done. i go in a fill in and i wanted a french tip with color. she didn’t apply a nude base at all, just the tip color and clear gel. i got these nails done 8/10/2023 and it is 8/14/2023 and 1 of my nails came off and a few of them are lifting up at the top and sides to where my hair or something gets caught. this has never happened before. honestly really disappointed since i paid 55 for them just to last 4 days.

They were the only place open at 10am on Sunday so I thought I’d give them a try, and I wasn’t disappointed. She really took her time on my feet and gave me one of the best callus treatments I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back when I’m in town!

I came in because my mom wanted to get a pedicure for the first time. I didn’t want to get anything ,but decided I would get my toenails painted with gel. I was quoted $30 for gel. In my head I was thinking that was a little pricey, but I paid anyway. She quoted my mom initially $40 for a pedicure but my moms toenails were long and thick. So, once I went to to pay she changed it to $45. A real professional once they tell you a price that’s it. They don’t change once you go to checkout. Besides I don’t know any nail & spa place in 2023 that wants customer to pay in only cash. I use to go to this place all the time when I was younger. Today just confirmed why I stopped going.
