My husband got me a manicure for mothers day. When I showed up. I asked my tech for a specific design. I told her if she couldn’t do it that was fine but she assured me she could. She told me it’d be no problem but I couldn’t expect it to be the exact same. Of course I didn’t expect that so I said fine. The nails didn’t turn out AT ALL like what I wanted and I didn’t voice anything cause the nail tech was so nice but I did go home crying because I spent $60 for something I didn’t want and didn’t even like. I decided to see if they could fix it when I went back they told me it was my fault for not scheduling with a tech that could do the style I wanted. I was told that they couldn’t fix it because no one in their business could do what I asked. I asked for the manager and instead they brought out the tech who did my nails. I felt so uncomfortable I ran out of the building. I’m less bothered by the nail stuff than how they handle my concerns. I felt stupid, shamed and don’t want to step foot back into the place.

I’ve just started getting my nails done and I’ve been to two other places. Lin at Nail Crush has done the best job by far! She treated me kindly, was actually interested in listening to how I wanted them, and she did an excellent job. My nails are stunning.

I love the service! My nails are fabulous. However, they need to give the whole place a makeover. It is dirty, dusty, and cluttered. I wish the colors were more professionally displayed and not on unorganized rings. It would be more appealing to the clients if they were in a book to review at a glance. Just a thought.

Going to Hawaii in 3 days wanted pretty toes for my trip. Was pretty disappointed there is some nail polish on my skin, and no shaping of the nails at all. I could’ve saved 53 dollars and got the same result at home.

I’m visiting from out of town and when I walked in I was welcomed like a regular. Tuan did a great job and he was careful with my sensitive cuticles.
