I am not usually one to leave a poor review, but my poor experience today warrants one. I scheduled an appointment and showed up for my pedicure today at my appointment time. After choosing my color, I was told to sit “at one of the open chairs.” Well, 4/5 open chairs were visibly dirty and had not been cleaned following the previous client. I sat at the only seemingly clean chair. All of the technicians had a client at this time. Not once did somebody come over to me to start my water or say they were running behind. I sat there for 20 minutes unacknowledged until I had to leave because I would have been late for another obligation. My question is, why would you offer a client a particular appointment time and then not honor it? I will not be back.

I had the best experience here! I’m someone who doesn’t get a manicure often and when I do it is usually for an event or special occasion. Because of this, I’m usually a little nervous to go into nail salons. The staff here were so kind and helpful! I made an appointment and I showed them a picture of the “Taylor Swift” nails where each tip is a different color. I left with exactly what I had pictured. They asked me questions all along the way to make sure I liked it throughout the process. I definitely plan on going back. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and they also have a punch card rewards program!

I received a facial and wax recently. It was so relaxing. The hot towels and massage are amazing. I am planning on getting another one for mother’s day. I highly recommend them. Haley does an amazing job on nail, pedicures and facials.

Hayley, Katelynn, and the entire staff at Nail Concepts are the absolute best! Professional, friendly, efficient, and extremely customer service oriented. My wife is a long-time client and convinced me to go with her a couple of years ago. So glad she did! The pedi hot stone massage is one of my new favorite things in life and my nails have never looked better or been as healthy! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend going to Nails Concepts & Spa. I got a manicure done by Hayley and a pedicure by Katelynn. The salon was clean and relaxing and the nail technicians were all very professional. They frequently checked in and asked my opinions on the nails and truly perfected my nails. I really enjoyed my experience here! + they have punch cards!
