My daughter is 17. She tried to tell them what she wanted and they refused. Charged her for 2 coats of polish ($54) while she sat there crying!!!!! Then wanted $50 more to fix how she wanted it in the first place!!! NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND

FIRST OF ALL THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB WITH EVERYTHING MY TOES MY MOM TOES MY NAILS EVERYTHING JUST UGLY AND WRONG THEN THEY HAD CHILDREN DOING OUR SERVICE I WILLL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE
Ok so me and my mom went to nail city today. I paid for me and hers everything came back to 180 Let me tell you why
Both of us got the Deluxe pedi #1 which was 45. I got my nails done which was 45 I got acrylic on my big toe which was 15. They added gel polish without even asking me and my mom what we wanted so that was 15 from me and her 🤦🏽‍♀️ I told them we didn’t ask for that they didn’t take it off or nothing still gave it to us worst experience ever

Do NOT let the old guy with terrible nails do your nails. He made my nails bleed so bad. It would not stop bleeding. He applied the solution to it and it touches my blood (so unsanitary, what if I had a disease). The polish looked as if a toddler did them. His reply was he’ll take $5 off. When I told him I didn’t like it he got upset and tried to fix it but was rough with the polish file remover and I I told him no thanks and asked for some one else. I have never gone back since. I should have known better when the skin around his nail bed and cuticles looked horrid. If this is what you do for a living your own nails should reflect it.
