(BEWARE they skip steps and do a half job then get upset when I let them know and I’m a returning GOOD customer ) 😆 no wonder you guys have so many bad reviews and Vicky Left you guys treat people horrible. You won’t even clean this place correctly just terrible.
Then You guess charged me for something the technician Cindy clearly didn’t do. When I brought this to your attention you said we will pull the camera yea you pulled the camera and got the kit out of trash but she still skipped this steps by combining the steps into one that’s not how it is sold… They should not be combined to mislead people and skip steps to kick customers out quicker by technician. Also the SO called hot stones are NOT HOT they’re COLD 🤦‍♀️ I have always OVER tipped but how you treated me today was uncalled for. Then when she finished I had polish all over my feet that you didn’t remove just LAZY..
I forget to mention the double dipping you guys do when u do people’s eyebrows which In fact contaminates the wax pot (which can give anybody an infection of any kind) this is state-board regulated for that reason. If you guys even have state-board approved technicians. Then i went to wash my hands in the restroom and the soap 😳 pitiful you can not even call it that had my hands smelling like an old dirty fish bowl. Your loss I Will NEVER return.

Absolutely LOVED my nails that Eric did! He got my friends and I in and treated us amazing. Not only was the service great but so were my nails. He even painted the designs UPSIDE DOWN. Come here for FABULOUS nails.

The service was great! I had broken my nail in the pink part- they repaired it so I wouldn’t hurt it more and then did a great job with my pink French (gel) manicure. My nail is fixed and I’m ready for my stepsisters wedding. Thanks!
