Love this salon. Started coming here last summer after going to the nail salon across the street in the Publix shopping center for a few years. The service and people here are so much more friendlier at great prices in a very relaxed atmosphere. You don’t have the techs talking to each other over you. My preferred tech is Tom. Tom’s the best. He’s personable, very attentive and does excellent work.

Beyond disappointed! I was excited to try a new place for a very simple, polish change to my existing full set and a pedicure hoping to find the new atmosphere relaxing. Kenny did my pedicure. He was very attentive, and it came out lovely. During this process however, they had another gentleman begin on my hands. As I was speaking with Kenny about my pedicure, the other gentleman began to drill the gel polish off of each of my nails. He filed the nails so thin that as I was sitting there my pinky nail tip came off. I was shocked but figured this is easily resolved with a nail repair. Unfortunately that was not the case. They begin to argue that I must have broken my nail before I came and insinuate that I was being unreasonable for asking to leave with 10 fingernails. I tried to work through Kenny and another lady that worked there in order to calm the confusion and help with better communication. Ultimately I left with what I thought was my nails done/repaired and a lovely pedicure. Now, less than 24 hours from that,
I have had four of my nails fall off from being worn so terribly thin. I called to discuss options for repair to the salon only to again have them be belligerent with me and indicate that I should have gotten a different service than what they provided. A polish change does not require anything other than removal of the existing polish. Any nail professional knows that you have to be mindful of the amount of acrylic on the nail currently so as to not file anything too thin. Not only does the spa not do nails well, but their management doesn’t have any degree of customer service or problem solving. What should have been a relaxing experience was a waste of my time, money and energy. I’d give them the middle finger but as you can see my hands are in no shape for this at the moment. 🤬

This place terrible. Dry nail polishes in the front, dirty towels, machines covered in trash bags surround you while getting your service. The opposite of a relaxing experience. And my manicure was poor, this pic is from the day after- tried to have them fix at the time but even that didn’t work and the tech was annoyed I asked. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else.

DO NO COME HERE! Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. Main issue was the woman in charge (idk if owner or manager). My pedi was finished and she told me I had 5 mins to sit and air dry. I got regular polish and didn’t think they were dry so I said I’d sit longer. The woman who did my nails came to tell me I had to leave. It was 5:48pm and they didn’t close until 6pm. I said I’d sit to be sure my nails dry. She went back to the owner and I could see she had an attitude but I was not leaving until my nails were dry after paying almost $40 off a pedi. The woman who did my pedi was preparing to leave and the owner told her with an attitude that I wouldn’t leave so (my tech) wasn’t leaving. She’s saying all this where I can hear her. Mind you, this woman still had someone in her chair! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a salon.

Additionally, the woman doing my pedicure was nice but seemed inexperienced. She cut my toe nail so far she cut the skin, and it still hurts an hour later. I chose the basic pedi (at $31) and expected them to do the basic foot scrub. She scrubbed the heel of my foot and when I asked her to do a different area, she said it really wasn’t included and that’s why she had asked if I wanted a different pedicure package. I had to pay extra for any type of foot scrub. Never been to a salon where they don’t do the basic foot scrub. I didn’t opt for the callus remover because I don’t have calluses, I just wanted what should be included (and usually is) in a basic pedicure package.

Ambience is everything. The spa is immaculately embellished with chandeliers and other decorations. It feels like a taste of Italy when I walk into the place. The staff is friendly and professional. They serve wine and bottled water to customers. The chairs are new with updated massage features. They use disposable liners inside of the foot bowls. The foot and leg massages are nice but could be longer. The gel color options are immense. I was surprised but pleased to see a diverse staff (one nail tech was a woman of color). My only complaint is I requested that two people work on my feet and hands simultaneously because of my sensory issues and not being able to sit still for too long. They were busy and forgot about me. My foot bath kept getting cold and I had to request that it be filled with more hot water. I sat for over 30 minutes with my feet soaking before anyone started working on my pedicure. However, the staff were very apologetic. So overalI, I loved my experience and will definately be back.
