I have been coming to see Kim off and on now for 5-6years since I moved from Denver and she has always done an amazing job. I can show her a pic of something and she will come up with an idea that always is unique! She just knows my style

John at the salon truly deserves a five-star rating. I highly recommend his services and exceptional customer care. Despite some distractions from other employees, he remains focused on providing top-notch service. However, my experience with Kim during my waxing appointment was disappointing. I felt uncomfortable and violated by her inattentive and rushed approach. She seemed disinterested, failed to greet me properly, and applied the wax aggressively. This led to wax getting in my eyelashes, mouth, and nose. Despite my pain tolerance, I had to ask her to slow down, as her speed was inappropriate. Consequently, I have deducted three stars from the salon’s rating due to this experience. I will not allow her to provide services for me in the future unless significant improvements are made.

This salon’s location is convenient, so I come here often. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve had manicures and pedicures done here for about seven years. I would come back. They do a great job!

I have been coming to Kim for years and she is AMAZING. I kick myself every time i have to get my nails done out of town because no one else comes close. Kim is kind, patient and talented. She is meticulous and makes sure every design, shape and color is perfect and on the off chance youre not happy she will do everything to make it right. If you want a fun design for any season, Kim is your go to girl. I have come in on my own and with my kids and she is always so sweet to my boys. There is no one i would reccomend more.

I’ve been dropping off my wife and daughter here for awhile now, Benefit of the doubt. This salon is a 50/50, hit or miss? Upon reading other reviews, I can see why my wife felt like this place was an express herd rush..
And the prices aren’t clear or set either, seems made up as you go. Her right foot pinky toe was missed, no polish, here look.. I mean, I thought these guys were pros yo?
