Just got out of here and was for the most part disappointed. They must’ve been super slammed and when I walked in for my appointment they let me know they were running behind. Totally understandable and I really had nothing better to do. They probably started my nails about 30 minutes after my appointment time which I didn’t mind but is kind of annoying if I were in a time crunch. The lady was VERY apologetic for making me wait but I let her know it was perfectly okay and I understood they were busy. She was definitely rushing and had another person that seemed to be a regular come in abt half way through my nails for her appointment which may have made her rush even more. She filed some parts of my nails to where there was no color left. The color (I get sns) was all over my hands and she told me when I washed them it would come off but then while I was washing my hands she came to file the polish off my skin which I said it was okay (mainly bc my nail beds are already so tender and bc it would’ve taken a while considering the amount and she had someone waiting and I was just ready to leave). She was so so so nice and the atmosphere was great and I still tipped 20% but will not be returning.

I walked in without an appointment, and I was welcomed and helped very promptly. It was very calming and the staff was really sweet.
Christy was the one who did my nails. She is very sweet and amazing at what she does. I normally don’t get my nails done, but Christy made me feel very comfortable and heard. After each step, she continued to see if I liked the shape, color, and length or if I wanted to change. I left happy with my nails, and as a new client. I highly recommend you visit this salon.

I moved here around 2-3 years ago for school and I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon ever since. I have my go-to girl back home who is amazing but I can’t justify driving 5+ hrs every 2-3 weeks just for my nails so I’ve been searching in Athens for a while now. I’ve tried several places, none of which I will name because maybe they had a few bad technicians, but all of them were awful. I ended up asking online for recommendations and several people recommended this place and even linked Mandy’s Instagram. They accommodated me last minute, were thorough and detailed, and listened to everything I wanted. Mandy knows what she is doing. I am so picky about my nails since my girl at home is so good, and Mandy will now be my go-to person here. The nails I’ve gotten done at other places in Athens have been chunky, crooked, gluey, warped, etc. My nails today are the opposite! They’re so good! They’re exactly what I asked for. The prices are reasonable too! I got a nail removal (other place in Athens gave me a terrible set), new nail set with short tips, gel polish on hands and toes, and designs all within a reasonable price. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being so great!

I moved to Athens for school and needed a pedi and mani for a school event.I got a pedicure and acrylic gel set in the almond shape. The pedicure was amazing I would definitely go back for a pedicure. However, the acrylic set was just not up the standards I’m used to back home at my normal salon. All of the nails are not the same shape and some places on the nail are so lumpy with excess gel polish it causes the nail to lose its intended shape. Furthermore, there was a decent amount of acrylic left to harden under the nail tip, so much so I had to file the underside of the nail when I got home. After about one week with these nails I would notice they started to give when I would type on my phone and seemed like they would pop off any minute. While it’s not the worst manicure I’ve ever received, it’s not good enough for me to have been in that salon for two hours and a half hours (and my pedicure only took 25 minutes). Luckily, I haven’t tried any other salons in Athens so there are hopefully other places that can satisfy my acrylic set needs when necessary.
