Customer Says:
.
My service, on the other hand was even worse. My services included a weak pedicure and sad sad fill-in. The pedicure chairs are higher than normal, so I could barely step up there without difficulty. The technician even filled the glass tub with water BEFORE I could step in there. This resulted in my left foot sliding forward, and jamming my toes into the tub. And when I tried to readjust my position in the seat, the same thing happened with my right foot. I don’t know if my technician had amnesia, or if she just wanted to nickle and dime me for all that I had, but she changed the price for my fill-in service 5 times, ranging from $30 – $45. There was no way for me to verify, because the fill-in that I wanted wasn’t listed on the menu.
After experiencing all of that, I just wanted to pay for my service (And I still left a 15% tip), and leave that horror story behind me. But with each passing day, and its only been a few days, I’m reminded of that horrible experience every time I look down at my nails. I left that shop with specs of nail polish and dried acrylic on my fingers. The polish on my nails is chipping ridiculously and the acrylic is separating from my real nails.
Don’t make the same mistake as I did. And if you must go, proceed with CAUTION!
