I am from out of town and needed a fill done for my acrylic nails. Susan got me quick. I also experienced Susan watching something on her phone with ear buds. Thought to myself rude, but whatever! She was very short with me, telling me to sit straight, turning my hand. She then proceeded to tell me that whoever had done my nails before used cheap products and that she uses the more expensive products. When she was finished she told me that my old nails were thick and too fat and that she thinned them out and made them more narrow. I left not being too impressed. The next day I noticed that one of the nails had broke. I was not happy! If I had stayed in town I would’ve went back and had her fix it, but unfortunately we were back on the road. I would not recommend her

I waited a good half hour after my appointment time! Which was ok! Bad experience with the attitude the woman had and I seemed to be bothering her when I asked her a question as she was watching something on her phone with earbuds in! Pedicure was fast and not relaxing! But my mom loved her so that was good and she wants to go back and we will see how second visit goes!

Susan is great. Hard working all by herself and fits you in. Does an excellent job. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommend her. My nails always look beautiful.

I didn’t have an appointment and Susan was able to fit me in as soon as possible she was polite understanding and she did a great job on my nails
