I needed my nails done, so I landed at this spot with my significant other. I was hoping that it would be an amazing experience, but I was let down.

I looked over the services that they had to offer. The Manicure options included Hand soak, nail cut + file, cuticle care hand massage with lotion. I went with the Basic Manicure Color. It was $25. The Spa Pedicure options included Foot soak, nail cut + file, cuticle care, callus removal, scrub, lotion leg/ foot massage, hot towel, polish. I went with the Classic. It was $38.

Not too long after waiting, I was guided to sit down for the pedicure. I was stranded with my feet in the water for quite a bit. I tried out the massage on the chair to pass the time, but it was weak and worthless. The pedicure felt a bit rushed and it definitely wasn’t relaxing. I got a clear coat and it turned out nice at least. The quality didn’t seem to match the price of $38.

After the pedicure, I was guided to a different area to sit down at for the manicure. I didn’t care for this service. I wish it was more detailed. A price of $15 would have been a better fit for the quality I received on this one.

The service was spotty. My technician kept leaving me during both of my services to take care of other things, so that was unfortunate for me. I felt that I should have been her priority from start to finish. She did alright when she actually had a groove going, but her focus quickly strayed away.

Overall, this was a convenient spot to get my nails done, but not a good one. My visit fell under average. I won’t go back there.

Dirty manicure tables and floors. The guy going my nails used the dip powder container as my wrist rest when the actual wrist rest was sitting next to him. He cut my nails very short and crooked. He skipped cuticles and using the nippers. At the end he gave me the hand lotion to put on myself and walked off. Will not go back.

I recommended my daughter go there to get her nails done because I had good experiences in the past. Apparently the quality has gone way downhill and I will not be recommending them to anyone ever again. Her nails are flat, the polish is uneven and bubbled, there is a large gap between her natural nail and the acrylic. My daughter went back in and asked for her nails to be fixed. The owner told her, “this is our technique for doing acrylics at this salon” and she filled in the largest gap with glue. Her nails are not normal, they look terrible, and there is no excuse for not fixing the problems. The glue used to fill one of the many gaps will break down much faster than the acrylic, leaving her natural nails exposed to moisture. That is not safe or hygienic, not to mention the fact they look awful. She will be getting them removed and redone elsewhere and I will never be recommending Nail Box to anyone ever again.

Great nail salon, very clean, friendly, and affordable. Worked very well with me on my nail design. Will definitely return when I’m back in the area!

My cousin and I went to get her nails done, it was a delightful experience! Her nail tech was super attentive and nice, and my cousin’s nails turned beautiful! We’ll definitely be back!
