staff was friendly, pedicure was good
my nails look like they couldnt do the design, but didn’t tell me that. they quickly showed me and then put my have in the gel curer. once i got a better look i was able to see just how sloppy they looked. including reference pic also, reference is the brown nails. i didnt see any brown colors i liked so i did pick a different color. friendliness of staff was not worth what i paid for nails that were expensive and im planning on going elsewhere to get them fixed

Tina was amazing and very attentive. I asked her to remove my dip nails and instead use gel with color of Bubble Bath with white at tips. She is my new go to girl because of how careful and detailed in making my request perfect. She nailed it. lol.

My manicure tech was bad. My nails look awful. I cannot believe how much I paid for these. Underneath is so sloppy and filled with acrylic leftover. The actual shape isn’t the same on them all. Some are crooked leaning. The acrylic is wider on some nails and rounded on edges and not straight on them all. To top it off, she never asked what shape I wanted and so I told her oval when she was shaping them and she seemed annoyed I didn’t tell her before but she never asked and I don’t get my nails done often so wasn’t sure when she was going to ask. In the end they aren’t oval still and are square with rounded edges. Then she cut three out of five nails on my right hand and joked that I would have something to remember her by when I go home. Not the experience I can say I want to remember. Then she asked how long I had been married and how many kids I had and when I said no kids she pressured asking why and I said I think that’s a private question to ask someone and she continued on to keeping talking about it and so I finally revealed to her I had a miscarriage ONE MONTH ago and to stop pressuring me to talk about it and she needs to be more understanding about someone saying they don’t want to talk about private matters. Awful nails and awful experience. I just wanted to get out of there. It wasn’t worth even mentioning the issues AGAIN after being treated this way. I will be going to get these taken off somewhere else.

I showed up, on a Sunday, no appointment, for 2 mani and pedi’s, not a problem at all! Great service, quick, and they look great! Highly recommend! Here is a picture of Kelly’s great work 🙂 THANK YOU!

My stylist for the last 3 services was Ann. My first visit was for a dip manicure. Ann did a great job and it lasted 4 weeks. They were still shiny and looked good just grown out. Today I added a basic pedicure to my dip. Ann did not disappoint. I left with beautiful hands and feet. Call and make an appointment and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ann.
