I recommend this salon to EVERYONE, when talking about nail salons. They have always been able to do what I wanted with my nails, they have always been reasonably priced and they treat me so well.
I took my niece to get her 1st Pedicure and they treated her like a Princess and again the price was very reasonable.

Just got my nails done here and they look amazing! I love them 😍 this is my second time coming here and
I’m always satisfied with the results!!!

Nail Boutique is better than most nail spas that I’ve been to. I’ve been going to them for dip powder nails since August of this year. I’ve only had them chip once, which was recently, but that’s because the last nail tech did not dip all of my nails more than once. However, I went back and let the manager know. He did them over with 3 coats of dip powder. They seem to be holding up pretty well. So, the 4 stars is due to the one incident I had with my nails chipping. Overall, this is one of the best nail spas to go to for dip powder nails. You just have to pay attention to what they’re doing and speak up about your nail coatings and the shape of them and everything. Below, are two manicures I got for November and December of this year.

Louie does not need to be working at Nail Boutique. He rushed to do my nails. Luckily, I didn’t have a problem with him doing them the first two times, especially because they didn’t crack, lift, or break. But, this time was NOT the best. I came to get dip powder nails on a Saturday and mind you I had to drive way from Selma after visiting my folks because I didn’t like the customer service of the nail spas down there. Long story short, on Sunday, three of my nails started cracking and two were lifting from my actual nails. I couldn’t schedule time to come back to Prattville because I was off work on Sunday and Monday was too late for me due to my job rules. So, I managed to come today. As soon as I got in, the lady who asked me what I needed to get done told me that she doesn’t do manicures, but that was a lie. I saw her helping another woman with her manicure. She called the same man, Louie who rushed doing my nails the first time to do them again. When I explained to him what happened , he tried to rush doing them again, but I refused to let that happen. I pointed out his mistakes. He tells me oh my gosh and shook his head as if I was the problem. He didn’t even cure my nails under the L.E.D. light. He was trying to rush me out the door by saying they were dry when they weren’t. I’m sorry, but I am a fan of good customer service and I don’t think I will be coming back here. If I do have to, Louie will not be doing my nails.

They were quick and nice but GOOD GRIEF they clipped every bit of white tips off my toes and even made two of them bleed. They are so puffy and painful now. Not cute, very pudgy. Do not go for a pedicure. They did scrape my legs with the exfoliant but did not even rub the bottoms of my feet.

omg!! i came from out of town visiting family and decided to stop by and get my nails done. as soon as i walked in, everyone was so nice and welcoming. i got a dip manicure and a deluxe gel pedicure, and both were a 10/10! the staff here is great and everyone is so nice! i would definitely recommend coming here and getting your nails done!
