Brought her a pink color for my nails, the number was rubbed off so she ended up just picking one that was way more orange, she made my finger bleed with the drill, and the coats on my nails are so thin you can see my natural nail under. I paid and immediately left and went to another salon for them to fix them. I usually enjoy coming here for pedicures with my 5 year old but definitely won’t be back. It’s definitely the worst nail job I’ve ever had done.

Now I love this spa I’ve been going for year for pedicures but last two weeks ago I got acrylics ( I haven’t had them in years but they always last at least a month. I could tell the tech was uncomfortable doing acrylics and I wish she would be told me that. They were so heavy that my hands were sore. (I’m thinking maybe it’s just been a while since I’ve had my nails done.) No, they broke right were the skin and nail meet and it’s been so painful. Why am I losing nails at a week and a half. They all broke into stubs. Still love this place but they will never touch my hands again

I have been to this nail place several times and have been pleased until my last visit. First, I sat in pedicure chair and then someone sat next to me. They took her before me. Then a younger guy came to do my service. He did a hurry up job. Didn’t push back the cuticles, hardly filed my nails, barely massaged and put on lotion and didn’t rub it in. He just put the warm towels on it. Was going to leave and not stay for the manicure but decided I would give him another chance. Well it wasn’t any better. Once again, didn’t push back cuticles, filed my nails uneven and barely rubbed any lotion in. I usually never write a review but I felt I needed to because you pay good money for a mani/pedi.

They rushed through my service and didn’t have the color I wanted even though it was displayed. I got my nails done on Friday, it’s Sunday now, and three of my nails are already starting to peel. I peeled some back because it was coming off and the polish underneath was still wet… I feel like I should’ve gotten something much better for the price that I paid. Literally so upset. My birthday is Wednesday and my nails look awful… it’s been less than 2 days since I got them done.

Everyone here is so nice. Joy is my favorite technician. The pedicures are amazing & my acrylic nails are always on point. Great nail salon! Salon is very clean and pretty as well.
