Cierra is absolutely amazing! She is hands down the best nail artist I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot, ranging from small towns to big cities. Besides doing top-notch work she is so down to earth and hilarious. I enjoy spending an hour or so with her every 2 weeks! If you can dream it up, Cierra can do it.
