I’ve been going to Samantha for a year and a half for gel manicures, and she’s the best! Super friendly and professional, and my nails turn out perfect every time. She spends extra time on gel removal to make sure my nails stay strong, and they never break or chip. The salon is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the ambiance was inviting and relaxing. Samantha took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure that my nails looked perfect.

The level of detail Samantha put into both my pedicure and manicure was exceptional. She was meticulous in her work, and the results were stunning. My nails have never looked better!

I used to get my nails done here regularly but quite frankly, since the owners of the hair salon next door took it over, the quality in service and BASIC customer service have declined to near zero. They do not greet you when you walk in, they cater to the clients they think are going to tip more and none of the nail techs seem to know what they’re doing. Safety and sanitation don’t seem to be something they prioritize. On my most recent visits, I went for a walk in, which they claim to accommodate. I asked to get my nails cut down and change the gel polish. I let them know I had an overlay. That’s it. They had me sit down, start soaking my polish off, (without filling off the topcoat, mind you), realized I had an overlay…. (Which I said when I sat down), tried to convince me to get a fill I didn’t need and then when I agreed, they told me the person who could fill my nails wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. Imagine they HAD filed down my topcoat…with no one there to finish the service. Now they tell me they’re overbooked, with two clients being served and 4 employees total in the salon. I don’t know if it’s a management issue or a scheduling issue or they just don’t care. You’d be hard pressed to find me coming back to this salon while I have any other option.
