6 years ago during my first visit here- the customer service was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating. My visit now is turning horrible. I made an appt via phone and I arrived on the day for my service and my name was not written down. That makes me look that I was a walk in. I literally booked an appt on a weekday at 10AM. There was only 1 staff there and the person did not even greet properly. Then a guy walked in who is another staff. Again, no greeting- just asked can I help you with an attitude. Another customer walked in at 10:30am. The customer said Good morning and the 2 staff there did not even say anything back. I wanted to look at her and be like I got no welcome either. The guy did my nails and in the beginning was rushing. I kind off wanted to walk out but I am travelling the next day for an event and needed my nails done. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment especially for the money they are spending. I still decided to tip them 20% and the girl who did my pedicure was attending to another customer and was like leave the tip on her table. How ungrateful?! I understand you were attending to another customer but you can take a minute and acknowledge the other customer and take a second to Thank them especially when they are being kind to you! The service and customer service is getting bad and bad! I am not a regular as in I do not book appointments every 3 weeks. I do not have time for that. I make an appointment when I need to and deserve basic human decency. I won’t be returning!!!

If I could, I would rate -1000 after todays experience. Be kind and welcoming to your customers. If you cater only to your regulars then change your business description. Getting a mani/pedi is a self care stress free experience and it turned out to be more stressful.

First day experience was a 5 star rating. Nichole does a great job and strong hold. I was very happy to finally find someone that knows how to do designs, reasonable prices and friendly atmosphere. But after 2 weeks I called for an appointment for a refill and she told me she was booked for the next 2 weeks for refills. Buy then it would be 4 weeks since full set was done. I’d would need them replaced with a full set again because there’s no way I’d walk around with growth space showing. Very disappointed, hence the 3 star rating.

The owner was very friendly and took her time doing my full set/dip nails for my birthday vacation. However, all of the nails lifted within a week and I had to pop them all off, which was easy to do. The gel pedicure felt rushed and that polish has peeled off on several toes. I wanted to like this establishment, but unfortunately, my first impression with the quality of the work I received for $100.00, will not compel me to return.

They were very busy but worked me in as a walk in with out waiting. Everyone was very friendly made me feel welcome. I was very pleased. I have found my new nail salon.

This is my favorite nail salon! I just love Nikki, she is just awesome and very professional. I was refered to her as a new client and she never made me feel that way. Everyone in there does awesome work! It’s also a relaxing environment when you have had a busy day. I’m always satisfied with my service and will continue using their services!!!
