Giving 4 stars because if you get the right tech it’s great! I believe Kim is the owner and she does a nice job there’s a few others I’ve seen do really nice work too.

Anyway, I usually pick “any tech” when booking but I won’t be doing that anymore. Had my nails done on Saturday, 30 min after appt. time. (dip with gel on my natural nails ) and I already have a small chip in my thumb nail. Polish and dip completely gone. When I came in, the same nail was missing a chunk of dip and instead of fixing the nail she just had me dip that spot into the powder a few more times. It seemed to me like she was cutting corners so she could finish quick and get another client in. I will come back to this spot but I’m going to start booking with specific techs!

This salon is very pretty and clean. The nail technicians and receptionists are always really friendly. I always get the #6 Gel Pedicure with callus remover and foot scrub and it never disappoints.

Their pedicure chairs are very comfortable and offer a nice back and neck massage during your pedicure.

They have several manicure and pedicure stations and even offer seasonal pedicures with steam treatments and a 20 minute massage. I am going to try one on my next visit as they looked very relaxing.

They have thousands of polish colors to choose from in gel and regular polish.

The owners of this place don’t have the best customer service and treat customers in a rude manner. They care about the place looking pretty but they are not friendly. They say 10% discount for every 500 points you accumulate. In fact if you accumulate more than 500 points like in my case above 1000 you loose all the points if you claim the 500. The husband say $5 to redeem for 500 points while the wife says 10% of you total bill as stated on the sign. When I asked which one is correct, she answered rudely and raised her voice in front of everyone. For the high price you pay, I don’t believe you get the best quality or a relaxed environment. There are plenty of other places in this town with better services and treat people kindly.

This is my second visit here .

My first visit I only get a gel pedicure . The nail tech was rude and kept asking why I wanted a yellow color. I told her I wanted neon and she gave me a choice of 3 colors of which none looked neon. When I told her she said they were all neon and to choose one . Anyways , my gel nails were extremely clunky and uneven . It looked as if I did them myself .

My next appointment I did acrylic gel , and gel pedicure . They told me to sit at the manicure station and he started my nails . About 3 minutes in they wanted to accommodate another customer so had me get up so she could sit down and did my pedicure instead . My pedicure is again uneven .
For my nails , I showed Hannah a picture of what I wanted and she slapped the nail color chart down in front of me and said this is what we have . So I chose a color similar to what I wanted . The nail tech didn’t talk to me the entire nail appointment . She was talking to another staff member in another language and looking at videos on her phone . While she was distracted with another staff member on her phone she was using the electric file on me . She cut my cuticle and I started bleeding ! She held pressure with the towel and said sorry. Once , she realized I was still bleeding she put glue over the cut ! She didn’t clean off the cut just stuck glue over it . (Talk about risk for infection) She also didn’t file away some acrylic under my nails so I have clumps . My nails didn’t come out similar to the picture I showed or even resemble .

I was charged full price even after all the inconveniences.

I wanted to like this place because it’s beautiful inside , and they offer mimosas . Unfortunately staff is unprofessional and need more training . I won’t be coming here again.

Took my 4 year old today for her toes and nails 💅 and Levi was absolutely amazing with her!!!!
