The lady was mad she had to come from the back and turned the water on very hot INTENTIONALLY and I suffered 1st degree burns and had to go to the hospital. Now they try not to return my phone calls to give me their workers comp info so I filed a police report and will be pursuing my money back that I spent for the hospital bill and burn cream ( silver sulfadiazine) which costed me an arm and leg from the pharmacy! I will not go back and will see these guys in court!!! They still won’t answer and have the owner call me back!!!🤬

Sharing my experience of my first time here. After getting a fresh full set my nails looked like I’ve had them for 1 whole week. It’s like they did it on purpose for me to go back sooner for a fill. My nails that I paid for look like press ons that don’t fit my original nail. Please don’t waste your money here because you won’t be paying for quality.

Ben is the best nail tech I’ve had in a long time. Never break a nail and always out doing himself. Kathy is an amazing eyebrow specialist. She always gets my shape 💯 perfect.

They do a really good job, but I caught this place trying to overcharge me today. I like that they give you tickets of the services you receive, it is especially helpful when you work with multiple techs. One ticket was $55, and the other was $115, and they tried charging me $180 (before tip). It may have been an honest miscalculation, but just be cautious.

Also, the tech who did our nails didn’t ask my daughter or I if we wanted any kind of design. I didn’t, but my daughter did, and she was too shy to speak up.

Update: I was there on Tuesday for my fill. And one of my nails just cracked off while doing dishes (today is Friday). 🤦🏽‍♀️😫

First time was a great experience. I walked in and sat right down. I went in with a picture and they accomplished. It was exactly what I wanted! Full set with my design and it was a great price. My daughter got a kid mani and she loved her experience as well. But when I went back in for my fill the lady that originally did my nails no longer worked there and looked like a few others left with her. I tried walking in a couple different times and days, but was told they were short staffed so I made an appointment. I still had to wait but not too long. Prior to my appointment I asked even though the lady that originally did my nails was gone if they would still be able to touch up what I had, I wanted the same design. I was told yes no problem. Next day and during my appointment while getting my pedicure I’m told no one can do the design I asked for and they will do the fill plain and I can come back of I want for the design or I have to pick another. So they charge me for the nickel and dimed fill and said I will still have to come back and pay another 25 plus for color. Which is now adding up for more then the original full set 🤔 I would have just gone with a full again if that’s the case it would’ve been cheaper. Then my daughter got her 1st full set and the gentleman did not fit her nails correctly a few look like they were too small and he tried filling it in with acrylic but didn’t do too good of a job so I can still see her actual nails on the sides. Unfortunately it just wasn’t a good experience I wish I would have just went somewhere else. 😕
