I used to go to this place all the time because I always had great experience when doing my nails but the very last time I went my big toe got infected from my pedicure I always got manicures from them all the time I was always afraid to get pedicures because I didn’t know how to react because I’m ticklish well so I thought anyway college graduation was coming up so I wanted to finally get a pedicure after so many years of being with them and the next day my toe got infected leaving that place I should have known because how sore and red it felt but because that was my first time i didn’t know! So embarrassing

For a Wednesday afternoon they were super busy! Sat over an hour with my feet in the water & my hands in acetone getting the dip off my fingernails! But, what I can say positive is, the lady who dipped my nails while the gentleman was finishing my pedicure is a rockstar! They came out flawless & she did exactly what I wanted! My toes are a pretty red! Just don’t have that picture! I’m just super sad I’m from Mississippi & can’t go back regularly! 😭

Thank God I’m a city girl…. Never again will I walk in a place not being told there’s a wait… they call in the son he and his girl obviously didn’t want to be there . All the attitude could have been avoided the minute I walked in . There’s too many nail shops to wait . I’ll pay more money anyway….. but yea never again.

Aww yeah, this place is so awesome!!! I have really bad ingrown in my big toes, get it from my mom side 🙄. Anyway, they did an awesome job here in getting that handled. One of the best places I have been to in a long time to get that handled right. As I always say, I am bug on customer service and they are all wonderful here, even the hubby liked it a lot!!!
