Customer Reviews:
Just got my nails done here for the second time and I won’t be going back. It’s hard to capture in photos because of how bright the nails are, but each of my nails have imperfections. There are bumps/air bubbles, white marks and the polish is missing from the edges. On my thumb nail only half of it had top coat on it. The other half is dull and splotchy. I also had to pick off polish from around all of my cuticles. I asked the woman a few times to be more gentle and she didn’t listen. When she applied alcohol to my nails the cuticle areas burned because of how rough she was when pushing back my cuticles. Also be wary of appointments at this salon. Several people walked in for their appointments and had to wait 20+ minutes beyond the time they stated. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but I’m upset that I spent $100 and my nails look a mess.
The second time I went – I had an appointment and waited over an hour. A friend joined me as well this time. We both had a terrible experience with our nails the second time around. I’ve had dip nails for 4+ years off and on and in my multiple dozens of experiences, I have never had my dip nails crack and fall off – ever – let alone after just a week! Mind you- I was on vacation so I didn’t do anything that could damage them like cooking, cleaning, etc. My dip nails totally cracked and broke off multiple nails on both hands and the topcoat peeled on over half the nails. My friend’s gel polish peeled off after 3 days. Getting your nails done is a luxury, and I was sad to see that they didn’t last the time they would have at other salons around town where I’ve gotten them done.
