Very disappointed. Got a regular manicure ahead of a special occasion. The pics show how they looked three days later. Polish chipping (only one coat of sheer was applied) and the nail bed healing up after the technician, who was rough, cut the cuticle. Ouch. 👎🏻

Very happy with my experience here! Nicki was my nail technician, i got a dip set. She was very kind and gentle, complete opposite of the other reviews I’ve seen of this place. I’ll be going back again.

My wife and her friend went today. Halfway through the service one of the nail techs randomly left to go wax another client. When asked about it, the workers got defensive and blamed them for
walking in without an appointment (I see that’s a common issue in reviews).

They also said my wife and her friend are “picky clients”. All they did was ask for the WiFi and hot water for their pedicure… the friend has been going there for years and had no issues until today.

But after reading through these reviews I can definitely see this place is gross and unprofessional.

Called same day. Got in for a pedi no issues. Regular Polish stayed on for a few weeks. The only negative comment would be the stylist didn’t ask if I wanted to clip my toe nails- I had to ask her.

So…I have been taking care of my own nail for a while and decided to treat myself by going to the salon because I garden and wanted to properly take care of my nails. Bad decision: waste of money and time. Pedicure wasn’t done properly (massage was good), French manicure wasn’t done properly: instead of using warm water for my nails and clean them properly, it was a short dip in cold water. Dirt is still there. I won’t return.
