Probably one of the least satisfactory experiences. Pedicure was terrible left wax all over my feet. Manicure was shoddy at best. Tried telling manager after the fact I wasn’t satisfied and she didn’t care. Said it was my problem. As I walked out all she yelled about and cared about was if I had paid. Already paid in cash and tipped. Manger was so rude and disrespectful.

Better places to go in Hoboken than this place

Fast, friendly, and thorough. Nails always come out amazing here. Appreciate that I can call them to get same day appointments.

Had gel manicure and pedicure done. Whole process was thorough and efficient, though a bit on the rougher side – especially with removing the dip from my nails and cleaning up the nail bed that caused a bit of bleeding. I understand this happens, but my nail technician wasn’t as personable as others from other nail salons and didn’t ask if I was hurt (or I know other salons that add something to wound). My nail tech was initially more attentive when helping me choose colors to match my nails and toe nails but then wasn’t as attentive (didn’t ask what nail shape I wanted til after, getting sidetracked by other conversations).

This place had people coming and going, so clearly a popular spot. They have a wide variety of nail techs – one I appreciated, who was beside mine, who gave me a compliment when she observed my tattoos. Just be mindful of which techs you vibe with most!

Great experience! Brought my 7 yo with me for her first ever manicure and they were great with her, and with me! Definitely recommend.

Update May 2023: Went for my first gel manicure and Myrna was lovely! Highly recommend this facility, it’s very clean and lots of colors to choose from.
