Did a terrible job on my nails. They were bumpy and thick when I mentioned it to the technician, didn’t acknowledge that I was dissatisfied with the service.

I was seeing lynn for some time and she always did a good job and in return I would tip her generously. The last time I went she rushed the whole time and my thumb nail looked like a see saw. Never again I work too hard for my money and have plenty of nail places I can go to.

I went in less then 4 days ago and got a set. The woman that did my nails did not prep my nails right at all !!! I’ll never go back. I’ve been going to them for years but the service there has been horrible. The owner is amazing though I will be calling Tim tomorrow to fix it. I’m disgusted.

The service was horrible. I sat in this salon for over an hour just for the nail tec not being able to shape my nail a simple square shape. She had an attitude when I asked her to fix it and when I asked if she could take it off she starting going off in another language. I would not recommend. I wasted my time and my money.
