The lady didn’t even file or buff my toenails. The paint was chunky when I pointed it out she redid it and it still was chunky. They charged me $30 to paint my daughter’s toes and finger nails. No manicure or pedicure. Because she put her feet in the water they charged me for a “mini” pedicure. I will never go back. The paint came off the next day and they look awful.

I have been going to this place. They do a decent job at applying nail paint. But the staff is not friendly. I picked up a color but when she applied it did not match the color of the bottle so I requested her to remove. She gave a very hard time and rudely asked to pick another color. I feel the place is bit racist, they don’t greet you well if you are a person of color. I used to go there because it was convenient for me to drive but after today not returning back.

I have been coming here for years! They always do a nice job, pricing is always reasonable. They are also very good a fixing things such as chips or peels if you need to. I have a had a couple time when my gel polish chipped off within a few days but they had no problem fixing it at no additional charge. They also have been great at helping fix broken nails, if I have the time and can get in I always try to do it can heal nicely and grow out naturally. Staff are very friendly and good at remembering who you are even if you don’t visit often.

This place is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I went inside to get my nails done and showed the design to the artist and she said she was able to do it. After she finished, it looked nothing like the reference photo and moved onto the next customer right away. I asked her to fix it and we ended up coming back two more times with other issues. The price was not worth it at all for the customer service given and the quality. Rather than the quality of the service they r more focused on the wunaity of customers they receive. Would never recommend this place and never want to return back.
