It is incredible how bad they do nails, it is the second time I made my nails here and even worst, the cut, how they paint… I don’t speak german but i think you don’t need words to know how horrible they made his work. They don’t even say sorry, and ask me for the money like the service was perfect. So rude.
And the first time a pedicure and the same. Never come back here.

The result is nice, however, the waiting time with an appointment is too long. I went there around 7-8 times and 6 times I had to wait min. 15-30 minutes which is long for a 30min appointment, especially when you go during lunch break.

Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied after visiting this nail studio. The boss who did the manicure was rude and arrogant. Hygiene poor, she didn’t even put on gloves during the manicure. Two fingers bled profusely after her work and have been swollen ever since. I hope that the instruments were sterilized and disinfected and that I don’t have any health problems as a result. Very unpleasant. I will no longer come and will alert the health department if necessary.

This nail studio at Große Hamburgerstrasse 15 is wonderful! The boss Clara gave me a manicure and pedicure and a foot massage. Everything was very pleasant, relaxing and professional. I am very happy with the result!! When we are back in Berlin we would love to come back!! Thank you Nail Art Mitte team!
