I asked for a dipped French manicure. My fingers be lookin like toes, and they are uneven, I’m in tears. She offered to take them off, i didn’t want anything more to do with her. I’m going to another salon to have them removed. This is the first time I’ve had my nails done in years. Don’t go there!!

Stopped in for simple manicure while in town. First impression was not clean at all!!! Nail dust was everywhere. There was no hand/arm massage and quickest manicure ever. Tools were not taken from sterilized fluid, package or lights. Polish bubbled in the end. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience my nails look horrible and was still asked to pay $35 the nails are lumpy and crooked I should have known to not patronize this establishment because it was EMPTY but I decided to give them a chance never again do not waste your time or money at this place unless you have money to throw away !

My daughter bought me a jasmine pedicure gift certificate at allure nails. Went there today. I had Steven work on my pedicure. I had an extremely good experience. They offered me bottled water. Steven did a very good conscientious job. Everything he used ( supplies or tools)were from a sealed package or the item was brand new, never used before. Very nicely decorated. I would definitely go there again.

If I could give it less than 1 star.. I would. First, they told me the wait would be only a few minutes and put my feet in the pedicure tub.. 30 min later I almost walked out but then they insisted they were ready for me. I am a very understanding person, but they were not overly friendly and didn’t apparently care how they treated their customers. The pedicure wasn’t half bad to be honest, but the gel manicure was horrendous. It started peeling off the second I got home. She did 3 coats on one hand and 2 on the other… So two very different shades of pink for my trip to Mexico. She took a random piece of cotton from the shelf to remove my previous polish… Even though the box of new cotton was right there. The tools could not have been clean and sterilized… I should have gotten up and walked out but didn’t. She didn’t cut my nails until I asked her to, and then she acted like it was an inconvenience. I had to ask her to buff them. I have had my nails done plenty of times and know the routine, she didn’t even have me wash my hands before starting the gel process. If they were at least friendly, I wouldn’t be writing this, but it was lousy all the way around.
