I came in and requested a specific set. While the man said it was doable, I was then sent to the woman who said she could not do it and only could do stickers. While I was able to find an option I liked, I wish that they would have told me from the beginning they could not do it. Once the painting was done, it was very lumpy, in my cuticles, and missing paint from one side of one of my nails. I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed with a nail service in my life and it makes it worse I was getting my nails done for my graduation.

Horrible job done! Took forever! This place is not hygienic by any means, they never cleaned their tools! Taken right off of a countertop storage bin (ughh). This is what they use to cut your nails etc. Absolutely sad, despicable state for a nail salon. Multiple people walking in and out throughout the visit that were not even receiving services there. Would not recommend nor ever go back! Worried about infection due to the poor sanitary state of this place.

I walked out of there looking like a child painted my nails. The gel is over my cuticles. They charged me 5 dollars to trim my nails and 5 dollars for a stick on flower. I went because it was on my way home. Never again, ill drive out of my way to go elsewhere. Buyer Beware!

I had by for the worst experience getting a full set put on here. While the elderly woman was nice, her hands were shaking the ENTIRE time she was doing my nails and sadly every part of the process was botched. She clearly wasn’t with it and when it was time to put the acrylic on she put SO MUCH on that it was literally causing my nail bed to hurt from how thick it was not to mention how awful it looked. My nails looked so awkward and wide. When she painted my nails she got the polish all over my skin and would constantly have to stop to use acetone. I was then cut deeply and developed a burn shortly after. An absolute waste of my time and money. Removed the entire set that same day. Lesson learned and will never step foot in this place ever again.
