Waited 45 minutes even with appt. Was rushed once they started and nails chipped within two days. Nail polish was bubbled (see pic). Won’t return. *don’t mind the dye on hands/nails (was done 3 days after nails were painted).

Ok, I’ve had a wonderful experience I’m just ashamed of myself 🙈

I came in sweaty and stinky after the gym and did some shopping 🛍️ at JC Penny before I originally thought to go home and shower however when I noticed them I asked if they could get me in and he said 10 minutes!!?

I was naturally ecstatic 🤩 because my regular nail guy was too booked for me and I was worried about how bad my nails would be two weeks later…

This was just divine intervention.❤️❤️❤️

So I did a light orange nail dip with Halloween decorations and gel for my feet. I was up front about my feet being stinky after the gym and he tapped his face mask 😷 and said he was ready for me! He never complained about my sweat 😅 and I know I smelled bad…

Very gentle, polite, professional, and asked clarifying questions while looking at my nails.😊 He wasn’t sure if he could do nail dip and told me he would evaluate after scraping it off for the strength of my nail and what would be better for my nail health.

My iPhone was dying and they lent me a charger and cord to bring it to life, so highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back in the future. 🙌

The owner was so hateful to me. There was some confusion about how I wanted my toe nails because I wanted the fake nails. Well by that he time I realized the guy had painted them and not put the nails on, he was done. So when I went to getting fingernails done I asked the lady if I could come back tomorrow to get them fixed and she gave me such an attitude and said they don’t do the acrylic tips on toe nails, all the while I’m looking at the sign that tells me they do. We had already been there for 3 hours and they took over 2 on my toe nails and they were just simply painted. So when it came time to do my fingernails, the owner rushed through it and messed up the painting on one and instead of removing the nail polish. She painted 4 extra layers over it making it super chunky and bumpy. I went home crying I was so upset, I’ve never been treated so terribly. I’m also not one to not tip because I was a server for umpteen years, but the service was so terrible I didn’t tip. I’ve never spent so much money and been so upset over my nails and how I was treated.

I was skeptical about going due to all the negative reviews but my boyfriend convinced me to go and I’m glad he did! They did such a great job with what I envisioned!!!! Only down side is I was so nervous my hands kept shaking and my skin got knicked with one of the dermals. That’s on me and he kept working on my nails even after they closed. If I ever do my nails again I’m definitely going back.

They did a fantastic job on my nails. I asked for short and natural looking acrylics and he did a great job. I love how thin he got them.
