Today was not a good experience. I will not go back. My S&S was done sloppily, and my pedicure was so quick that I cannot even remember. I had stains on my hands from the previous client. I was told that it was glue and will wash off easily. I had nothing done with glue. I do S&S all the time. I know I did not get what is usually done with any other nail salons. I had high hopes because the salon would have been close. Just moved to Lake Arrowhead from Destin, FL.

Completely redeemable experience – the owner made it right and had me come back at no charge to provide excellence in Customer Service and the pedicure that I wanted. There was apparent confusion in my communications, but again the owner made it absolutely right and for that I am grateful. I will be back

Used to love this place. See below for my manicure 24 hours after they did it. Also, the girls spilled hot wax on my sisters brand new under armor jacket and didn’t even offer to discount services considering they ruined her jacket.

I tried N T Nails because I was visiting a family member in the Canton, GA area. I went there on a Friday, and on Monday the shellac on one of my thumbs cracked. By Thursday, the shellac on both thumbs had cracked and peeled off. Very, very bummed as I got my nails done for an event this weekend!!!! They didn’t even last a week.
I will say, the staff was extremely nice!
