10/ 10 the nice older lady that did my services was amazing! My last Pedi at another location left my toe nails cutting into my toes and she was gentle and shaped them proper, thank you so much. She was also amazing with my full set acrylics! She sculpted them like a true artist, these are some of the best looking nails I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!

i’m not one to normally leave reviews, especially bad ones but this was the worst nail experience i’ve had in my life. Sandra was my nail tech and it took 2 hours to do my nails because she kept getting up and ignoring the fact she had a client in her chair. she could barely get through one nail before she got up again. 2 of my nails needed repaired and instead of soaking them off she ripped them off and it went down to the skin. she was very aggressive and didn’t care she was hurting her client. not only that in the middle of doing my nails she took her socks off then continued to do my nails, that is before she got up again. i will never be back to nc nails.

I’ve gone twice and have had a great experience each time. Professional, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The pedicure services are super relaxing and not rushed. My gel manicures are long lasting and I get a lot of compliments on how nice my nails look. All of the techs are friendly and take their time with the work. I will definitely keep going back.
