The first time I went to this place was great! My nails were amazing, no lumps, and they gave me a full manicure without suggesting a faster alternative. Whoever the Hispanic lady is, she did amazing. Today was my second time, and unfortunately I can’t say the same. My nails are bumpy, and the process just seemed a bit too rushed. Can’t complain too much because from far they look great. I’m just being picky. But also out of courtesy for anyone who wants to get their nails done here. If they’re in a rush maybe come by on a slower day.
EDIT: my left thumb nail wasn’t cured all the way and has fallen apart … it hasn’t even been 3 hours
EDIT: I came back the next day and got a full set fixed for free by Chelly. I really do appreciate it! She’s awesome and triple checked my nails before I left!

Very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. Great customer service. I messed up both of my big toe nails after getting a pedicure. I went back by and asked if they would touch them up. They did. Very happy with this salon.

First time in Mystique Salon. It won’t be my last! The salon is gorgeous, so relaxing!! I really enjoyed my pedicure and manicure. Shelly did an excellent job!

Edit: After going back a second time, I had another nail tech do my nails. Two broke less than 24 hours of getting them done. I called the next day and was able to get them repaired. 4 days later they are all mostly broken or chipped. I’m sad to say this was not what I expected. Tony the owner does an amazing job, the other nail tech made them too thin and now I have to cut all my nails down and hopefully find another salon to fix this mess.

Original post: I’m new to the area and was looking for a nail salon and this is the place to be! It’s beautiful, relaxing, and the service was great! I’m very pleased with how my nails came out, I’d say best since I’ve moved to Tennessee which was in June 2022! I didn’t have time for a pedicure but I will be trying that next! Definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re new to town and searching for a new salon!

I absolutely love Tony and the service they provide. Only issue I’ve ever had was darker gel polish not being cured all the way and bubbling up which I returned and they fixed. Very understanding and kind people. The only nail salon I go too.
