My mom received gift cards to this place for her birthday and it’s not the normal place she goes, but she was kind enough to share part of them with me as a treat because it’s a pretty expensive place- so she booked us pedicures.

We got there and they offered us mimosas (which were 80% orange juice and they do charge you for, they just don’t tell you when they offer), and the pedicures were great. Lots of attention to detail and my girl and my moms were great. My problem lies with the front desk and customer service.

I was done with my pedicure almost 20 minutes before my mom (weird but it was great so oh well), so I went to the front to hand my girl a cash tip and leave. I was stopped and asked about payment- which confused me because I know that when we booked my mom said she was paying with gift card and they take the card info to make sure they can charge you in case of a no show. I told her it was a gift card and she said she needed it before I could go. So I go in, interrupt the room to try and get my mom’s gift card. She gives me one and I go out with it but apparently it was only one of two and only covered my pedicure, not both. So she made me go back in to get the other “she wasn’t sure existed”. I asked if it could wait until my mom was done and she said no, so in I went again and came back with another. When I hand it to her she says “oh I see here there’s an additional $200 credit to the account”.

To put a cherry on top my mom comes out when she’s done and says “I thought you said you were going to tip yours? The girl said you didn’t tip” so my mom leaves a large tip on the gift card. I go back in and ask the woman why she said I didn’t when I handed my girl money in front of her- and when asked to refund my mom for the extra money on the gift card we simply get an “I can’t”.

For an $88 pedicure that didn’t feel much different than others I’ve had- this experience sure made the expense a little more sour. If you’re going to charge that much for services I would expect the front desk to have a bit more professionalism. I won’t be back.

I had THE BEST spa day! Let’s start from the beginning. When I walked in everything was so clean and the welcome staff was VERY friendly! I started with an hour massage with Julia. She listened to my concerns and provided a wonderful relaxing massage. Then I had a pedicure by Taylor! She was extremely professional and gentle. Saved the best for last! My facial by Katee! By far the BEST facial I have ever had. I picked the Rejuvenated Facial and boy was I at the end! Katee is gentle but thorough! Everyone was so professional and they all want to make sure you have a fabulous experience. I wish I didn’t live so far away! (California) I would come back monthly! They also do hair! I could not be happier with my experience!

I’m a recovering over tweezer and Katee did so great with my brow wax and tint. She listened to my concerns about hair regrowth and did an excellent color match. The spa was very clean and all of the staff were friendly. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Wow! I love this day spa. Everyone took exceptional care of us. I booked my mom and I a spa treatment and we had a blast. If I could rate Mystique higher than 5 stars, I would. The massage was so great and relaxing, and the Mani/Pedi was first rate. My mom and I plan on making this an annual tradition. I highly recommend this spa to others. Thank you so very much.

Katee was AMAZING with my chemical peel. She explained every step, and every product, which smell amazing! Katee constantly checked how I was feeling to make sure I was comfortable. Her energy is very calming. I can’t wait to to back!
