UPDATED visit, BROWN SET (01/29):
I was highly disappointed with my second visit. I got a dip powder removal and redo. While the manicure turned out beautiful, the prep work was rushed. Ms. Loi rushed the soak off process and overused the drill which caused permanent damage to my nail bed. I notified management about this is my survey. I had high hopes with this salon.

Previous visit, PINK SET (01/02):
I am beyond pleased with my dip powder manicure on natural nails. I had my previous manicure removed and redone. I was in and out in a timely manner and prices are fair. I highly recommend Ms. Loi.

I absolutely love this place. Super friendly atmosphere, you’re treated with the upmost respect! It’s very clean and so cutesy in here. I was even offered a beverage and snack while here! They definitely pay attention to detail and will assure you that you’re in great hands and they are going to take care of you! And did!! I definitely needed this amazing experience today! I need to start coming regularly 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I wanted to like this place. The ladies were nice, Ms. Kim is kind to her customers, and the overall feel is luxurious. But, the wait is always extremely long (my daughter and I were there from 11-3 during our LAST visit), and overall, I’m not happy with the quality of job I’m getting. Maybe styles have changed, but I am not feeling it. Oddly, I have been getting compliments on my nails though, so maybe it’s just me. Again, very sweet staff. I think they are just shorthanded maybe.
