If I could put zero stars I would! Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Did not push my cuticles back. Made 7 of my 10 fingers bleed from nail filing. I got the dip nails and there was glue stuck to all my fingers after I left. I got these done right before I went on a trip and was not able to return until 3 days later to try and get a refund, which they denied. The guy at the front tried to convince me that “this is normal for dip powder nails” even though I have gotten them done many times before and it is not normal to have your fingers bleed and such thick nails!
I will never go back. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

My partner and I have been here twice while day tripping to Seattle. It has always been a fun experience. I’ve gotten a pedicure and manicure. Both times have been lovely and relaxing.

My daughter got the dip nails and there was glue stuck to all her fingers after we left. The polish was thick and bumpy and a couple of her nails were crooked. I got gel and asked for 2 colors, purple and teal, and only gave me 1 color. I asked for a design, a swan, they drew their own and only on one hand. Wish I never paid.

I got a gel manicure maybe 3 days ago and two of my nail colors have completely peeled off in once piece. I had a great experience when I was there. But I paid $45 dollars and it’s already needing removal that I don’t want to pay for. Usually gel lasts at least 2-3 weeks.
I called and they said..if I use my hands a lot it won’t last very long..I was hoping they could just fix the two nails for free.
I also noticed when she did my nails it was like one nail and a time and completely random, not all nails were under the light an equal amount of time. Maybe why both pointer fingers have peeled off?

While the staff are friendly, the quality of service is not. This is possibly the most disappointing dip nails I’ve ever had. Uneven dip so each nail looks uneven and bumpy, nails weren’t filed at the tip, complete mess. Nail tech suggested it’s because I have short nails. I’ve done dip for years at various places and have never had this issue. I would not recommend coming here. All this photos are taken right as I walked out of the salon!
