I’m from out of state and called at 4:30pm to see if there were any available appointments for me to get my nails done with the dip powder. I was advised in 30 minutes, I showed up 15 minutes early, signed in and then waited back outside. I went in at exactly 5pm and was told 5 more minutes, 15 minutes later, I was seated with the same lady who I spoke with from the time I called in and she thanked me for being patient and waiting on her, so she stated on my nails and about 15 minutes later a lady that was Not brown skin like me walked in and wanted dip powder as well but wanted the same nail tech, she told the lady she had time to do her nails about 5 minutes later she asked me to move so she could do the other lady nails and I asked her why and she said bc she don’t know me…I told her you didn’t knew me a few minutes ago either but you were doing my nails…. I would not recommend any one whose skin is brown like mines is 🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️ to go here!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I just moved to Phoenix and was looking for a new salon. I tried this one because it was somewhat near downtown Phoenix. SO many things went wrong. First of all, I got there for my 10:30 am appointment at 10:15. I didn’t leave until 1 pm. It took that long. My biggest complaints are that when the lady first took the drill to the dip I had done from my last salon, she cut me and poured some liquid in it despite me telling her not to. The dip was done poorly and you can see right through my nails as shown in the pictures here. Then, when I went to pay, they told me to pay $10 more than what I was quoted at the beginning of the appointment because my nails are long. I initially asked for a light pink color and found a dip color I liked. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have a matching color for my toes, so they just picked a random pink and I had to find a different pink dip color for my nails to match my toes. It doesn’t help that every time I said something they would speak in Vietnamese and point at me.

Visiting Phoenix, found this shop on Google. I got the French tip for the first time. I love it a lot. My nail tech did an excellent job. (Mimi) I needed the TLC. I highly recommend. ❤️

Nails didn’t even last 30 mins.
My left middle finger was bleeding.
Also, mid doing them she asked me to pay now as if I was going to walk off on the tab. First I thought maybe this is how they do service until I seen people pay AFTER they were serviced.
