My experience here was very nice! Joe is very kind and was able to get me in at a very short notice. I did the Mani and Pedi Volcano service and it was great. Joe was very gentle with my hand and nails. My pedi tech (I never got her name, I apologize) was just as kind and gentle with my feet. There was no slacking and they made sure to add multiple coats. I appreciate it due to having bad experiences in the past from other public spas. This experience was professional, efficient, and soothing!

I took myself and my niece to get shellac manicures on a Friday afternoon. The manicure was horrible with absolutely no cuticle care , didn’t clip my nails/clean under them, or even prep my nails appropriately for the shellac. The whole manicure with shellac was 15 minutes which is completely crazy to me because frequently get them.
Then by the first day three nails of the polish just popped off I’ve never had this happen and by Monday 7 of them had popped off. I called the place it just rang so I hung up and emailed them. Did hear a response so I called on Wednesday my off day and was told 3 days that’s all you get and I said I emailed and he yelled 3 days no their fault 3 days. I’m flabbergasted because I’ve never had this happen and just wanted my money back. I would give them zero stars if able
And would avoid this place at all costs. Below are my nails by Monday and just got them done Friday.

Went there with my friend intending to get a fill. They informed me i should get a brand new set so I went along with the worker. A man came over to “remove” my acrylics and managed to remove half of my real nail resulting in pain and blood. He couldn’t remove the rest of my nail without ripping the rest of and then proceeded to rip another of my nails so i didn’t want him to touch my nails anymore. I was in pain and my friend was talking to me and he rolled his eyes every time she spoke to me even after he ripped my nail off. Another lady came to remove my nails and ended up giving me the tool to do it myself. If i wanted to do my nails myself I wouldn’t be coming to a nail place. I am very disappointed with this experience because all that was done was them glueing my nails together and putting a fresh nail over it. I got no discount and ended up having to pay 85 plus tip for my nail getting ripped off. I liked my end result but the experience was horrible. no one should go to get their nails done and leave in pain and bleeding and not be given an apology and discount.

I have been going here for around a year. They are the cleanest, most friendly, and accommodating nail salon I’ve been to. Chanel is awesome and so is the rest of the staff. The owner really cares about his customers! Always satisfied!

Went in for 2 last minute mani pedis. Started right away once we walked in and immediately they were pushy about just wanting regular polish for myself. The staff member I had was not attentive to my service and had me pay halfway through my service. 4 of my fingers were cut in the process. I understand we came in last minute but overall incredibly upset at my service.
