I thankfully was able to book an appointment same day. I booked for 6:30 and got out around 8 for a full set with ombré. Lily did a fantastic job, she was very nice and did great work even though it was so close to closing time. I love my nails and think they look beautiful!

Their nails are always perfect!! So professional. Everyone here is amazing and I especially love Ly Nguyen and Hong Nguyen. They’re fast, they can do anything I’ve asked them for (from gel nailpolish with nail art to acrylic hybrid gel X French tips). They always have the latest techniques and products too. I love My Nail Salon, I never go anywhere else.

I came here for the first time after seeing great reviews on Google. It’s not close to where I live or work, but I really wanted my nails to be taken care of so I went out of my way to come here. They were very accommodating and gave me an appointment the day that I called, and even with the nail tech that I requested (Tina, who has great reviews on Google). While the place is clean and Tina was very nice, my nails were not satisfactory.

I had asked for dip powder and removal of a previous dip set done at another salon. The removal was fine (another tech hastily filed down my nails and then put them in a bowl of acetone for soak off). The soak off didn’t completely remove everything so Tina proceeded to use the drill to remove the rest, which was fine. However, she drilled too much and made my nails basically paper thin and very brittle (see pics). The application of the dip set was fine, except for some black flecks that weren’t completely brushed off (see ring finger). But she ended up drilling too much again and making my proximal nail folds bleed on at least 4 fingers (see pics). Maybe it was the dip powder itself, or the fact that nails were filed down too much, but many of the nails split down the middle after 10 days.

It seems like this is a fluke case, because again other reviews online are great. But I’m pretty disappointed with what I received.

Disappointed. Came here a few times and didn’t have an issue until now. Called days in advance made an appointment for regular pedicure and gel manicure with nail extensions. Got to the salon told them the same thing many times when it came time for my manicure they said the person that was doing my nails didn’t do nail extension and the wait for that service is long. When I went to go pay I see other people that came after me getting the service I asked for. My manicure came out looking like I did them, very uneven layering of polish. Appointments here mean nothing, they never even asked what my name was to verify the services I called about.

I go here every other week to get my nails done by Bella and she does an amazing job every time!! She is always happy to do the designs I want and she keeps my nails healthy. Will keep coming back here!!
