I had great experience – they took their time and even fixed a smudge I made on accident. They still look great more than 2 weeks later!

I’ve been here twice for a manicure (gel polish). I really wanted to love this place because it’s so close to my house but I would not recommend coming here. The first time was actually ok which is why I came back a second time. Unfortunately my second experience was awful. I had grown out my nails to a beautiful length but all was for nothing because the technician that assisted me could not get a good shape on my nails. They were either crooked or some nails were longer/shorter so she just kept filing away. Whenever I would ask her to fix it she would make some kind of backhanded comment and she even asked me if I wanted to shape my nails myself. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional. I don’t know about you but if I go to a nail salon I most definitely don’t want to shape my nails myself. She finally switched with another technician and asked her to help. The second technician was able to remedy the shaping issue. She took a facetime call while she was working on my nails – which I did not mind initially but eventually it started to feel like she was rushing on my nails even though there were no other clients waiting to be helped (perhaps to make up for lost time while being on a personal call or to make up for time that the first technician spent trying to shape my nails). When I looked at the final product I was happy with my nails but once I walked out, I noticed a lot air bubbles and my cuticles had polish on them that needed to be cleaned up. Needless to say – this was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for, nor the nails I was hoping for.

Incredible! I got dip and he gave me a beautiful shape, no bubbles, sturdy but not too chunky looking. He was also not overly drill-happy and was careful to soak off the final layer of my previous polish. Also he asked if I wanted lotion or cuticle oil, which I really appreciated because I am sensitive to fragrance and generally don’t like when salons do it without asking first. I will definitely come back next time I am in Seattle!

I’ve been going here since 2022 but will now need to find a new spot. They are SO hit or miss depending on the nail tech you get. I got a gel manicure the Friday before Thanksgiving, and by Tuesday night four of my nails were chipped (4 days for a gel manicure!!) . I had to go to a salon in a different city just to get the gel taken off, I was super disappointed. This has happened once before but I overlooked it, and this time I called in advance saying I was going to be 10 minutes late, asked if I should come at a different time, they said it was okay but then completely rushed the job. I just can’t recommend 🙁

I’ve been here a couple times – what I appreciate is the salon getting me in quickly and sometimes without an appointment. But I went here today and was sorely disappointed. The woman seemed like she was rushing through my mani and pedi (they did not seem overly busy), she seemed annoyed and overall the final job just looks sloppy. There even a fuzzy baked into my gel nail that will be there until I take the gel off. She was going so fast that a lot of my skin had gel on it, and she was filing my skin with a nail file to remove the paint. She also did not paint close enough to my cuticles and there are bubbles and unevenness. Honestly quite unhappy with my experience today.
