First time the person who spoke to me at the front desk seemed to be bothered I was a walk-in (despite me happily offering to come back at another time if it was too busy, but they for be back right away). The tech did exactly what I wanted and it looked amazing, but unfortunately 3 nails broke off within a couple of days. I was also surprised by how high the price was, as something I had gotten done that had taken much more time and was much (much!) more intricate was $35 less at another location (and lasted significantly longer). I waited months, and decided to give it another shot. The person I had this time did a great job, but the next day I had a pretty bad infection on my finger. She didn’t hurt me in any way during the process, so it makes me question the cleanliness of the tools and products they use. Two days later I have 2 nails coming off already. Some people have great experiences here, but I don’t think I’ll be returning unfortunately.

I absolutely love this place! It’s very clean, quiet and pretty relaxing. Channel did an incredible job on my gel-x extensions! She absolutely nailed it (Pun intended). I showed her photo and what she gave me was 100x better. I also appreciated that she took the time to make sure I loved everything, and even made me a custom color. I will definitely be back!

*just an aside, I made an appointment with a specific artist and it was changed without anyone telling me. I’m a new customer so it didn’t matter to me, and everything worked out. But if I had my heart set on someone I would have been upset that no one gave me the option to reschedule.*

probably the best experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. very clean environment and everyone was very nice.
hiep did a fantastic job with my nails (hands and feet!). if a nail didn’t turn out right, he would buff down the area and reapply to make sure it was perfect. sadly, i’m from NC so i won’t be able to come back. however, if you’re trying to find a nail salon to go to, this should be the one you pick.
