I have been to this salon several times. There are pros and cons

Pros: if you make an appointment, they are able to accommodate you and are on time. The salon is very clean and has a calm ambiance and environment. The quality of the actual nails they do is high. They last longer than my nails from other places

Cons: if you walk in with no appointment, you may have to wait and they may not be able to see you that day. The prices have gone up recently. A basic pedicure is now $38. The parking is not great, you may have to hunt for a spot, and also you will have to pay.

I would say the nail technicians are polite and they are doing their best. However, the gels that are using are not long lasting so it’s not worth the money that you pay. Also, they are working fast which is good from one hand but on the other hand it makes me stressed because I have to pick quickly a color to get the job done. The man in the front desk answering the calls is not very polite. All and all, I would suggest you find something more value for money.

The quality and service is always consistent here. I’ve hopped around a lot of nail salons in the city and this is the most reliable salon I have found. Mimi is the best 🥰

The best place in baltimore. Book your appointment I’m advance. I only book with Jason. I am never disappointed when I get my nails done. Such super clean and relaxing place. A little pricey but worth it for the quality and experience. I 100% recommend.

A friend referred me to this location. So I was excited to try.

I got a fill in with light pink acrylic and a gold lining .. nothing intricate or detailed . The cost was $120.

I was taken aback because the person who referred me told me she had gotten a full set, removal and her designs were detailed and charged the same amount .

Per the website fill ins start at $50 there was no transparency about the price like at all : it wasn’t until i checked out they told me it was $120.

I have paid over $100 for nails before, but my nail tech was transparent before finishing and the work was worth it.

Also shocked that they did not offer me a drink or anything in this “upscale” place.

They may better service ppl who want dip powder or manicures .

But for acrylic girlies they are over charging you can find a personal nail tech that can add more creativity for the same price .
