Took the 201 to the Mt Peely trailhead not a bad road , took the 201A back and it is definitely 4X4 with high clearance and experienced driver.. The 5.1 mile loop of 201A is very challenging, many high rocks and deep trenches. No Bridge at the bottom just past the creek , beautiful spot, the road where the brige was is really really challenging, huge rocks are the road, no go around.. then the road continues up and meets back with the 201. Beautiful views from the top.

You’ll need four wheel drive to navigate the windy dirt road out to the trail head but its an easy hike with prestine views! There was a bit of snow on the shady side when I hiked it in December, but it wasn’t deep at all.

Fun and remote hike to a seldomly traveled mountain. Mount Peeley is a beautiful area nestled between the Mazatals and Mount Ord.

Beautiful view and fun time, but somewhat of a pain to get to due to the off-trail stretch. Still worth it though!
