I recently had a disappointing experience during a house signature pedicure appointment. Unfortunately, I was assigned a trainee who lacked enthusiasm and attention to detail, and despite my feedback, they failed to improve their work. This resulted in subpar service, including an uneven massage and incorrect nail polish application.

I was expecting a higher standard of service, especially since I was paying full price. Instead, I felt like the staff were more focused on each other than on providing a good experience for the client. Unless you have a specific recommendation for a dedicated technician, I would caution against visiting this establishment. With better service and attention to detail, I hope to have a more positive experience in the future.

Allie and MT Nails are the top notch! For years I looked for a nail salon that gave consistency in quality of service. Allie is such a professional. She is friendly, makes suggestions and cares about her quality of work with each client she works with. I tried dip nails and love them. Allie is so good and she creates a special look for me that I am comfortable with!
