I’ve been going to Mount Diablo Nail Salon since October 2023. Parking is always easy and available.

The owner Vicki is kind and attentive. As a matter of fact everyone who works here is. I love coming here, typically I book with Vicki but a couple of times I had Hannah do my nails. They do a beautiful job. This last time Hannah did my hybrid gel manicure and oh my goodness is so beautiful. These ladies are always open to my requests. This last time I asked for French manicure with chrome. I LOVE it so much. She did an amazing job. I highly recommend Mount Diablo Nails.

EDIT – 05.02.2002: My boyfriend & I usually love coming for mani/pedis. My boyfriend’s mani/pedi was great; but yesterday was not such a great experience for me. My gel pedicure was fine, but my manicure was a little bit of a different story. Long story short, by the time I went to pay, my index finger’s cuticle was bleeding. I was kind of sad. & less than 12 hours later, I already have a chip on my thumb. I’m kind of disappointed because I love the whole staff here! All the ladies here are super nice!! But my manicurist yesterday didn’t do the best job – a lot of the gel is too close to the cuticle or touching the cuticle.

Not only were we treated with graciousness and kindness, but they took their time and were very meticulous. A couple of hours after we left, I realized I got my nails longer than what I could manage and went back to see if they would make them shorter. Without blinking an eye, they said “no problem” and made them a more comfortable length. They are exactly what I wanted! I will absolutely be back and bring my daughter as well. Thank you for being a Grade A+ nail salon!!

Went in for hard gel, the first lady who was doing my nails tried to rip the hard gel off with CUTICLE trimmers. I stopped her & told her she was doing to ruin my nails & she tried to argue with me & tell me that’s not what she was doing. You cannot rip hard gel off natural nails, you have to file it down. She clearly did not know how to properly care for nails.

Then Vicky came & did my nails & all was fine. The only issue was she didn’t put anywhere near enough hard gel on my nails & they started to bend & literally broke my real down to the skin within 2 hours after going there. If I were you I’d stay away, especially if you’re doing hard/builder gel.
