I had French Gel manicure done for my vacation. Got my nails done on 7/11, flew out for vacation 7/12. It’s 7/15. The gel polish didn’t adhere properly. The GEL polish is peeling off my natural nails. One nail broke clear down to the bed and started bleeding as I changed from my swimsuit to a pair of pants. I’ve never been so disappointed with the quality of a manicure.

The total cost is based on a Gel pedicure, Gel manicure, and eyebrow wax.

This was my first time at this salon, and boy let me tell you what a HUGE disappointment this place was. When I came in I told the man working there, that I only wanted a pedi and mani, when I sat down to get my pedi done, the woman didn’t even ask me what temperature I wanted the water, which was lukewarm, cold, the man put a pillow on my lap so they could do both at the same time, the man and the woman were both tugging at my hands and feet to get them both done, it was so uncomfortable , my nails weren’t properly done, they were filed and had some nail polish thrown on, same as my toes, and I wanted my nails and feet to be the same color ( they weren’t ) the women chose my nail color for me. I was sooooooo extremely upset, after working hard all week, all I wanted was to have a relaxing spa day, u know treat myself, but that never happened, I left this place, feeling stressed out, I lost money, and my nails WERE horrible, sooooo frustrating, please beware of this place, I wish someone would of told me that.👎🏼

I really wanted to like this place! There’s tons of good reviews and the workers were very friendly and attentive. But the actual nails they gave me are a bit sloppy, and if I wanted sloppy nails I would have just done them myself. 🙁

I got both acrylic nails and a pedicure, and came in with super short chewed nails. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up my cuticles, and the pedicure was awesome & I have no complaints about it. They didn’t force me into a small talk conversation which I also really liked!

However, I noticed with my acrylics, four of my nails are crooked and the actual painting job over the acrylic looks a bit sloppy. One of my nails is shaped like a duck bill from the side too. 🦆

All in all, I’m disappointed and definitely not coming back here again.
